Frame's warranty
One-year one-time manufacture’s warranty for all frames. We will replace broken frames for no charge if there’s a defect in material and/or workmanship. Covered under manufacture’s defects {1. striped screws 2. Broken nose pad posts 3. dislodged jewels or logos 4. oxidation or discoloration}.
*Children age 12 and under enjoy one-year one-time unconditional warranty on the frames only (lenses are not included). We will replace broken frame for no charge.
*We will happily adjust, professionally clean, or change nose pads of your Dinno Optical eyeglasses for the lifetime of the product.
(NO WARRANTY ON NONE RX FRAMES)
Lenses warranty
Lenses are guaranteed against lens coating crazing (peeling) or manufacturer defects for one-year from the date of purchase. This is one-time replacement guarantee and must be in the same prescription as the original order. Warranty do not cover scratches caused by normal wear or improper care and handling such as excessive heat/cold. Non-RX lenses are not covered.
(No warranty on lost frame &/or lenses)
NON- Adaption/ Dr. Change warranty
Dr. Change : Occasionally, you may not feel visually comfortable in your new Rx glasses. Should this occur, your doctor may need to adjust the prescription. Dinno optical will remake the lenses one-time only at no cost within 30 days of your purchase.
NON- Adaption: If you cannot adapt to your new progressive lenses within 30 days of your purchase, Dinno optical will switch you to either lined bifocal or single vision distance or reading. No adjustment in price is provided (no refunds).
Prescription eyewear is custom ordered at the time of purchase. As such, we cannot offer partial or full refunds once order has been placed.
